Moromi Vinegar

Moromi vinegar is fermented vinegar made from "moromi", a by-product of awamori (the traditional distilled liquor of Okinawa). Some of the benefits granted to moromi are lower cholesterol readings and reduced blood sugar levels. Moromi itself does not contain any alcohol and is known to be rich in vitamins B1, B2 and B6, minerals such as iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium and citric acids. It is also rich in amino acids which are said to provide valuable nourishment for healthy skin, muscular strength, mental concentration and metabolism.

As a health supplement, take 1-3 servings of 30ml (cup included in package) per day, straight or diluted with water.

Unsweetened moromi vinegar may also be used for cooking.
